BUSINESS ORGANIZATION CULTURE OF THE CHAOZHOU CHINESE, SOC TRANG CITY

Abstract

Most of the Chinese in Soc Trang city, Soc Trang province
live on service business with the main type of business being
retail - grocery stores, wholesalers, private enterprises. With
a long tradition of business, the commercial activities of the
Chinese here clearly show a very unique culture of business
organization, there is a close community connection, and a
business management mechanism according to family, clan.
In-depth analysis of business forms, characteristics
of business organization culture and changes in business
organization culture from the past to the present, the article
affirms that the Chinese people in Soc Trang city are clear
representative case for the business culture characteristics of
the Chaozhou Chinese in the Mekong Delta.
