PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM - VALUES AND MEANINGS FOR OUR COUNTRY’S GOVERNMENT TODAY

Abstract

By using the method of synthesis, analysis and inheritance of primary - secondary documents, the article focuses on clarifying the values and the meanings of the Vietnam Provisional Government of
the Democratic Republic for the building of the our current Government. The research results have shown
some basic characteristics of the Provisional Government, which can then be applied to the construction
of the 15th term Government (2021-2026). Through that, the authors believe that the building an open and
transparent Government is of core and decisive significance in the process of building an Government of
Innovation, Integrity, Action, Efficiency, for Servicing People in our country in the new context.
