IMPLEMENTING THE MOTTO ‘‘PEOPLE KNOW, PEOPLE DISCUSS, PEOPLE DO, PEOPLE INSPECT, PEOPLE SUPERVISE, PEOPLE BENEFIT’’ UNDER THE RESOLUTION OF THE 13th CONGRESS OF THE PARTY

Abstract

Democracy is the essence of the socialist regime in our country. To realize that, the motto “People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit” is the basic method of action to ensure the people's right to be implemented in reality. The article focuses on generalizing the process of developing awareness about this motto of the Party, clarifying the importance of implementing the motto; then proposing solutions to implement this motto in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress.
