ROLE OF FOREIGN NGOs IN HEALTH DEVELOPMENT IN ETHINIC MINORITY AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS OF VIETNAM

Abstract

Health issues among ethnic minority groups has always been one of the top priority areas of support of foreign NGOs in Vietnam over the past time. The article mentions the support of foreign NGOs in the health development of ethnic minorities, especially community health care services and capacity building. From there, the author discusses some impacts from health development related projects of foreign NGOs in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Vietnam.
