INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE RESOLUTION OF THE VIETNAMESE COMMUNIST PARTY’S 13th NATIONAL CONGRESS

Abstract

Faced with opportunities and challenges of information technology development under the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Vietnam, the 13th National Congress of Communist Party of Vietnam set out viewpoints and policies to create a revolutionary and breakthrough development of information technology. In order to contribute to the creative implementation of the Party’s views and guidelines, we need to develop information technology and raise it to a new level, bringing a new mission to meet the requirements of digital transformation, building a digital socio-economy to promote innovation, breakthrough growth, towards the aspiration of turning Vietnam into a powerful and prosperous country in the context of deep integration into the world economy today.
