CIVIL SERVICE AFFAIRS IN DONG NAI PROVINCE (2015-2020) - RESULTS AND SOME EXPERIENCE

Abstract

Along with the development of the national civil service industry, the civil service affairs in Dong Nai province has always been renewed, with a strong change from thought to action in the entire Party Committee as well as in the local authorities and forces. In the years 2015-2020, the Party Committee of Dong Nai province has paid attention to leading and effectively carried out the civil service affairs, contributing to strengthening the relationship between the Party and the people, the relationship between the Party committee and the local government with people are increasingly linked, thereby promoting the synergy of both the political system and the whole society in successfully carrying out the tasks of socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security in the locality.
