Abstract

In the context of Vietnam's deep integration into the world economy, the multi-dimensional impacts of globalization, trade liberalization, the fourth industrial revolution taking place strongly, international competition is extremely strong, harsh, drastic, demanding to promote industrialization, modernization, improving productivity, quality, efficiency and competitiveness of the economy, the development of technology science and innovation always is considered the most important basis and resource for the country's economic development process.
