IDENTIFYING THE CULTURE OF QUANG NINH ISLAND COAST AREA

Abstract

From a geo-cultural perspective, the author studies the characteristics of Quang Ninh province's sea and islands. From there, it serves as a basis for researching the cultural characteristics of this island area, generalizing them into typical cultural values with the desire to preserve and promote the precious cultural capital of our ancestors' generations. Researching this issue contributes to a clearer identification of the characteristics, diversity, and cultural richness of Quang Ninh province's sea and islands, including 4 characteristics: strong inland elements, light in sea elements, strong in historical factors and fusion between regions. The research results will be a scientific basis for better development planning and cultural management of the province in the coming time.
