Correcting a person in a photograph.

Abstract

In the article “Hoằng Hóa quận vương Miên Triện – Madam Đạm Phương’s Father” of researcher Nguyễn Đắc Xuân on the website gactholoc.com, there is a picture of the Nguyễn Dynasty’s delegation attending the International Exposition in Paris in 1889. The caption for that picture indicated that scholar Trương Vĩnh Ký was a member of the delegation. Based on the relevant documents, the author proves that he is Trương Minh Ký.
