Abstract

Abstract: The effect of constitutional rights and the impact of constitutional rights on relations between private actors is one of the important topics that attract scholarly attention around the world. This article initially identifies, analyzes, and evaluates the basic legal issues on the effect of constitutional rights in private law from perspectives of the vertical effect in the relationship between the state and citizens and the horizontal effect in the relationship between private actors, in a comprehensive and systematic way. On that basis, the article proposes the need and prospect of comprehensive research of the effect of constitutional rights in the field of private law in Viet Nam.
