Abstract

Abstract: This article analyzes the principles of international law on restorative
justice for juvenile offenders, as well as the guidelines, policies, and legal principles
governing the treatment of juvenile offenders under Vietnamese law. It highlights the
similarities and discrepancies between international and domestic approaches and
proposes solutions for the development and application of restorative justice in
Vietnam's legal system.
