Abstract
Abstract: The 2019 Labor Code and its implementing regulations include multiple
provisions on preventing and combating sexual harassment in the workplace.
Nevertheless, due to the complexity of this issue and the challenges in identifying and
addressing such behavior, various shortcomings inevitably arise in practice. Within the
scope of this article, the author highlights these shortcomings and makes proposals for
improving the relevant legal framework.
