Abstract

Abstract: Protecting shareholders in general, and minority shareholders in
particular, remains one of the core objectives of corporate governance. This article
examines the concept of minority shareholders and the measures in place to protect
them under the Enterprise Law 2020. Building on this analysis, the article proposes
various legal reforms aimed at strengthening the effectiveness of minority shareholder
protection in joint stock companies.
