Abstract

Abstract: Currently, from the practice of managing and directing partnerships, the
regulations of Enterprise Law 2020 have shown several limitations, shortcomings, and
bottlenecks, which cause complexities and difficulties for partners to manage their
companies. The article studies the operational management of partnerships under the
Enterprise Law of 2020. In doing so, it points out the limitations and inadequacies and
proposes recommendations to strengthen the law for the development of this type of
company in Viet Nam.
