Abstract

Abstract: The article analyzes the new provisions on insurance contracts under the
Law on Insurance Business of 2022 and discusses certain points that demands
clarification in order to effectively promote the effect of those regulations such as double
insurance, termination of insurance contracts, transfer of the right to indemnify, etc. On
that basis, the article makes proposals to further strengthen the provisions of the Law on
Insurance Business of 2022 with a view to create favorable conditions for the growing
insurance market and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties.
