Abstract

Abstract: After 15 years of implementation, besides the achievements, the Law on Gender Equality of 2006 has revealed various shortcomings that need to be reviewed and adjusted. Within the scope of the article, the author focuses on analyzing the limitations and giving some suggestions based on CEDAW to improve the law.
