Abstract

Abstract: This research article aims to analyze the international legal framework
and ASEAN laws related to free movement of labor, thereby clarifying the
characteristics, opportunities and challenges as well as the capabilities of progress
towards free movement of labor, and at the same time recommending the process of
harmonizing the laws of ASEAN countries towards free labor mobility within the bloc.
