Abstract

Abstract: This article identifies the right to privacy for artists and examines the
legal issues that arise when establishing a protective mechanism for them. By examining
the models used in the United Kingdom and the United States to evaluate artists’
privacy, the article derives lessons and makes suggestions for improving privacy
protection in Vietnam.
