Abstract

Abstract: Political responsibility is the most important and primary form of
accountability of the Government’s Prime Minister. This article examines and assesses
the theoretical framework, legal provisions, and their practical implementation. Based
on this analysis, the article makes proposals to improve the legal framework and
enhance the accountability of the Prime Minister in Vietnam today.
