Abstract

Abstract: This article examines the sanctions applicable to contract violations
involving suspended projects under Vietnam’s 2024 Land Law. Drawing on an analysis
of the law’s existing shortcomings, the author identifies key limitations in the relevant
legal provisions and proposes solutions to strengthen the legal framework—an
increasingly urgent matter given the growing scarcity of land resources.
