Abstract

Abstract: This article examines a number of theoretical and practical issues related
to judicial power and the control of the implementation of judicial power, thereby
proposing a number of solutions to improve the current policy and legal framework on
this important issue in our country, thus contributing to the goal of building and
strenghtening the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in the new period.
