Abstract

Abstract: Based on an analysis of legal regulations regarding criminal cases tried
in friendly courtrooms and relevant court rules, this article identifies and analyzes
associated inadequacies. Consequently, recommendations for amending and
supplementing the law are proposed to contribute to the more effective protection of
minors.
