Abstract

Abstract: According to the provisions of the Land Law 2024, regarding suspended
projects exceeding the statutory time limit (excluding cases of force majeure) where the
developer is not granted an extension for land use, the State shall recover the land
without compensation for the land or the assets attached thereto. The article discusses
the limitations related to land recovery for suspended projects that do not fall under
force majeure cases within the Land Law 2024 and proposes several recommendations
for legal improvement.
