Inhering and promoting Ho Chi Minh’s view on “cadres employment” in the present condition

Abstract

The paper analyzes the importance of the inspection work, the content of inspection work, the forms and the ways to conduct inspection in the Party in accordance with Ho Chi Minh’s view. The author points out the positive sides of the forms and ways of inspection for the practice of Party building and Party reorganizing works at the present. Consequently the author draws some lessons in the practice of Party building and Party reorganizing works at the present.
