Victims in Vietnam Criminal law: a right-based approach

Abstract

The right-based approach is a new approach developed since the 1990s. In Vietnam, some researchers have adopted this approach to study human rights   and human development. This article investigated victim and their rights based on the right-based approach, in the hope of looking at victim in crimical cases in Vietnam from a fresher perspective.
