Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) is profoundly changing economic and
social structures and poses many opportunities and challenges for postgraduate training management
activities in Vietnam. Effective postgraduate management will contribute to training high-quality
human resources meeting the requirements of the digital era, promoting socio-economic growth, and
improving people’s lives. Therefore, there need to be changes in thinking and practices in postgraduate
management in Vietnam in the context of Industry 4.0. The article analyzes challenges and opportunities
for postgraduate education management in Vietnam in the context of digital transformation and
advanced technology. From there, it proposes reform directions for management to improve training
quality, scientific research, and international competitiveness.
