Abstract
During the process of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam, domestic migrant workers have a strong impact on the socio-economic situation at the places of origin and destination. In addition, migration can bring necessary opportunities and income to workers themselves, their families and communities. But migrants in general and internal migrants in particular are among the vulnerable groups and face difficulties in ensuring their right to social security. Because they are always at risk of facing unpredictable risks in life such as illness, work accidents, job loss... Especially when they lose their job, they face many difficulties such as not being able to afford the expenses. pay rent, medical care services, pay school fees for children, pay for essential services such as electricity, water, gasoline, etc. The article analyzes the current situation of ensuring the right to security. social security for domestic migrant workers, thereby orienting and offering a number of solutions to ensure the right to social security for domestic migrant workers in Vietnam.
