Abstract

Homeroom work is important in the process of comprehensively educating students. However, in reality, it has been shown that a number of teachers working as homeroom teachers have not kept up with the rapid changes of society, so there has been no adjustment and revision of homeroom work to suit the goals and tasks set by society. In this study, we conducted a survey on the current situation of managing homeroom work in 4 primary schools in Tay Tuu ward with 288 subjects including 38 administrators and 250 homeroom teachers in the direction of developing students' self-management capacity. Thereby, we can clearly see the current picture of the management of this activity, as a reference for other studies.
