EDUCATIONAL QUALITY FRAMEWORK - AN IMPORTANT REFERENCE POINT TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF GRADUATE TRAINING AT HANOI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The quality of education is considered at the system level and at the institution
level. Accordingly, to achieve the goal of improving the quality of training in each
institution, it is necessary to base on the educational quality framework at the grassroots
level to design the program of action at each educational institution appropriately. (The
program of action aims at meeting the requirements of each quality-defining element of the
educational process in educational institutions). With that in mind, the article introduces
the concept of the educational quality framework, which is considered one of the important
reference points to propose several solutions to improve the quality of training in general,
or the quality of graduate training in particular at Hanoi Metropolitan University.
