Developing pedagogical capacity for lecturers at military schools in the current context of synchronous and comprehensive innovation in education and training is an issue of great concern to the leaders and commanders of these institutions. This article presents the scientific foundation of the colleague mentoring model for professional development at schools. The data serves as a basis for fostering pedagogical capacity development for instructors at military officer training schools.
