DEVELOPING CAPACITY TO ORGANIZE EXPERIENTIAL AND CAREER GUIDANCE ACTIVITIY FOR PEDAGOGY STUDENTS AT HANOI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

    According to the general education curriculum 2018, in addition to subjects, there is a compulsory educational activity called Experiential activity (at Elementary schools) and Experiential and Career guidance activity (at Secondary and High schools). To effectively deploy the content of this educational activity, pedagogical students need to be trained in the capacity to organize Experiential and Career guidance activitiy. Within the scope of this article, we focus on researching and proposing measures to develop the capacity to organize Experiential and Career guidance activitiy for pedagogical students at Hanoi Metropotitan University.
