Abstract

    In order to fulfill the requirement of innovation basic, comprehensive education and training in the primary program, the development of teaching staff’s capacity plays a key role as well as determines the success of the renovation. However, whether the new general education curriculum effectively applied to the real life or not enormously depends on the ability of the teaching staff who are considered as the soul of the education  industry. In that general trend, the primary school teacher retraining activity in the direction of developing teaching capacity is currently a pressing matter that Dai Mo Primary School, Nam Tu Liem District, Ha Noi City has paid attention to.
