TRAINING IN LAW THROUGH MOCK TRIAL MODEL TO MEET THE PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR STUDENTS OF HANOI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY IN THE CONTEXT OF INTEGRATION

Abstract

    Training in Law through the mock trial model (Mooting) is considered one of the active and effective teaching methods. This training method not only helps students achieve high learning efficiency but also contributes to training soft skills for students. In the current context, training in Law through the mock trial model for Law students at Hanoi Capital University is important in building a legal knowledge system, equipping future practice skills, training thinking skills, critical thinking skills, and argumentation skills for learners. Through learning through the mock trial model, students can improve their professional qualifications, professional experience, and self-study and research on legal issues that they have learned.
