Abstract

In the context of educational reform 4.0, the development of a creative learning ecosystem at the preschool level aims to enhance children's creativity, with close connections between schools, parents, and the community. Additionally, technology plays a vital role in improving the quality of care and educational activities, strengthening interaction and connection between teachers, children, parents, and the community. It also provides children with dynamic, creative learning and play experiences, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and competencies for the future. The article highlights the necessity of building a creative learning ecosystem, proposing a structural framework and describing the components of this ecosystem at the preschool level. Furthermore, it suggests several technological applications within the ecosystem to encourage creativity among learning subjects, while enhancing the connection and close interaction of the components to optimize the process of care and education for children, thereby improving the quality of preschool education in Hanoi.
