Studying how factors affect the management of inclusive education for students with disabilities through experiential and career guidance activities at secondary schools in Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City
Abstract
The study investigated factors affecting the management of inclusive education for students with disabilities through experiential and career guidance activities at secondary schools in Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi, including the following factors: Capacity of school management staff; Capacity to implement inclusive education of teachers, full-time teachers, and staff in secondary schools; Characteristics of students with disabilities in secondary schools; Conditions of financial resources, facilities, equipment, and educational environment of the school; Participation of parents in inclusive education for students with disabilities through experiential and career guidance activities at secondary schools; Coordination between schools and experts in the field of special education; Policies on implementing inclusive education in secondary schools. The research results of the article analyzed and evaluated the level of influence of factors, including positive and negative factors, on inclusive education activities for students with disabilities through experiential activities and career guidance at secondary schools in Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi city in the current context.
