1CURRENT SITUATION AND SOME SOLUTIONS FOR EFFICIENT USE OF AGRICULTURAL LAND IN THUY NGUYEN DISTRICT HAI PHONG CITY

Abstract

    The article assesses the current situation and proposes solutions to improve the efficiency of agricultural land use in Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city. From the current agricultural land use data in 2022; changes in agricultural land in the period 2010 -2022... collected during working with Thuy Nguyen District People's Committee. The article analyzes the changes in agricultural land use in the district and points out the causes and influencing factors; from there, some solutions are proposed to effectively use agricultural land, specifically: (1) Improve land management; (2) Strengthening the protection and improvement of soil fertility; (3) Strengthen the management and supervision of agricultural land use planning and planning; (4) Restructuring the agricultural production industry.
