THE CURRENT SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS TO PROMOTE COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES OF HANOI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Cooperative development activities have become an indispensable factor in the development of higher education institutions today. By connecting with organizations, enterprises, and other universities, universities can enhance the quality of training, expand research opportunities, and strengthen their position on the international stage. After 10 years since being upgraded from Hanoi College of Education to Hanoi Metropolitan University (HNMU), HNMU has had many solutions and achieved many encouraging results in cooperative development activities. However, besides that, there are still existing limitations that need to be overcome. In this article, we focus on assessing the current situation, analyzing the existing limitations, and proposing tasks and solutions to comprehensively promote and improve the quality of cooperative development activities to meet the requirements of HNMU Development Project to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
