ASSESSMENT OF CORE VALUES IN TRAINING TEACHERS OF LITERATURE TOWARDS ADAPTATION TO THE GENERAL EDUCATION PROGRAM 2018

The General Education Program 2018 has been ongoing over and brought about the emerging requirements for general and core/specific abilities of the teachers of Literature. It is significant for teachers training colleges/universities to test and assess the professional skills of the teachers of Literature to adapt themselves to the General Education Program 2018. This paper focuses on segmentations of their general and professional skills as a basis to propose suitable assessment models of the core abilities (Authentic Assessment) and the implementation procedure to evaluate the trainees’ progress and practical skills. On this basis, the categorization of standardized professional skills shall provide the teachers, training organisations with information to adjust teaching/skill practising/test-assessment programs to furnish the basic ability of teachers of Literature towards adaptation to the emerging requirements of the General Education Program 2018.
