Abstract

Vocational training partnerships between schools and businesses are a crucial and essential solution for improving the quality of vocational training, ensuring that training aligns with societal needs and meets the human resource requirements of businesses. These partnerships are implemented through the participation of businesses in vocational training activities such as: curriculum development, output standards, and learning outcome assessment criteria; support in terms of staff, facilities, equipment, and finance; assistance in recruiting trained personnel; and cooperation in research and technology transfer… In collaborative training programs, management plays a crucial role in ensuring effective coordination between educational institutions and businesses; it is responsible for monitoring and supervising the training process, evaluating teaching quality and learning outcomes, and ensuring the program's relevance to practical requirements in order to improve training quality. To enhance management effectiveness, studying and learning from the experiences of developed countries is of significant importance in the process of international integration. This article summarizes the experiences of several countries in managing vocational training partnerships with businesses and draws lessons learned to contribute to improving the quality of vocational training in Vietnam in the current context.
