SOME THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ISSUES ON CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT AT HANOI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Hanoi Metropolitan University (HNMU) has focused on strengthening Science & Technology (S&T) potential for research and development (R&D) activities. The school consider it as one of the most important factors to promote the function of an innovative
and entrepreneurial university. This article analyzes the current situation of S&T activities at HNMU and gives some recommendations to enhance the school’s S&T capabilities to meet the requirements for an innovative university.
