THE ROLE AND THE POSITION OF NATIONAL DEFENCE AND SECURITY EDUCATION FOR STUDENTS IN THE NEW SITUATION

Abstract

The construction and defence of the country require us to build the whole people’s national defence and a strong people’s war position. In line with this trend, the education of national defence and security to students plays a crucial part in educating their patriotism,
and love for socialism, and building national defence an appropriate awareness of national defence and necessary martial skills. This paper discusses different points of view on the subject in question and analyses the real situation of the quality of national defence and security education at schools today. It also proposes some solutions to improve the quality of national defence and security education for students in the new era
