IMPLEMENTING SUPPORTIVE POLICY FOR WOMEN’S ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT IN BUON MA THUOT CITY, DAK LAK PROVINCE

Abstract

Recently, Buon Ma Thuot City and many other regions in the country have paid
a lot of effort on implementing the supportive policy for women’s economic empowerment.
Controlled by Women’s Union in Buon Ma Thuot, this action has shown several great
achievements, yet has still had limitations. This paper will reveal some results in
performing the policy as well as its limited aspects in Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak
Province. Accordingly, the author also proposes some solutions for enhancing the
effectiveness and accomplishing this policy in the city in the near future.
