EDUCATIONAL QUALITY FRAMEWORK - AN IMPORTANT CRITERIA TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF GRADUATE TRAINING AT HANOI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The quality of education is considered at the system level and the institution level. Accordingly, it is necessary to follow the educational quality framework at the basic level to develop an appropriate action program for each educational institution to enhance the quality of training (The program aims at meeting the requirements of quality-defining
elements for the educational process in institutions). Based on this perception, the article introduces the concept of the educational quality framework which is considered as sone of the important criterias to propose several solutions to improve the quality of training in general, and the quality of graduate training in particular at Hanoi Metropolitan
University.
