BUILDING ETHICAL STANDARDS OF OFFICIALS AND PARTY MEMBERS IN THE NEW PHASE WITH INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS

Abstract

     Globalization and the trend of international integration are an objective necessity for all countries in the world in the current era of industrial revolution 4.0. Vietnam is a developing country with abundant, abundant, and beautiful natural resources; at the same time, Vietnamese people are friendly and hospitable; With young human resources, it has attracted many international friends to invest, cooperate and develop in many fields. However, the promotion of the image of the country and people of Vietnam to international friends has not been effective, so it has not been able to effectively attract external resources; therefore not really exploiting and promoting well the country's domestic. To build the image and culture of Vietnamese people to international friends; To promote the internal resources of the country, take advantage of opportunities from the outside, we need to build ethical standards for Vietnamese people in general and cadres and party members in particular in the current situation. Therefore, the article focuses on analyzing the characteristics of cadres and party members and the need to build basic ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period with international friends.
