DEVELOPING THE PRESENTATION SKILL THROUGH THE NON-SPECIALIZED ENGLISH COURSE FOR STUDENTS OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DEPARTMENT AT HAI DUONG COLLEGE

Contemporary educational institutions are very interested in recruiting people with pedagogical abilities and skills in organizing integrated activities. In order to prepare students for future work, universities and colleges of Education actively facilitate students to familiarize themselves with presenting topics related to their future careers, thereby developing their presentation skill. The article was conducted basing on actual observations, electronic surveys combined with face-to-face interviews with students of the Department of Early Childhood Education who have completed the non-specialized English course with supplementary exercises to practise their presentation skill at Hai Duong College. Accordingly, we point out the strengths and weaknesses in their presentation skill and suggest some methods to help students improve this essential skill.
