LIMITED DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATES IN THE CIVIL CODE 2015 - SOME DEFICIENCIES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS

Abstract

The article studies some issues relating to the law on limited distribution such as: Identifying distribution of estates, limiting distribution of inheritance, pointing out some remarkable limitations and deficiencies of existing provisions and providing value proposals for Civil Code 2015 on limited distribution of estates.
