LAW ON ASSOCIATION OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY, FRENCH REPUBLIC - SOME EXPERIENCE FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

Association is one of the fundamental human rights recognized and protected by the laws of many countries. In the scope of this article, the author will analyze generally the law on associations of the Federal Republic of Germany, the French Republic; clearly indicating the advantages of the law on associations of these countries, from which to draw some good experiences that Vietnam needs to learn in order to perfect the current law on associations.
