PERFECTING SOME REGULATIONS ON THE ORDER AND PROCEDURES FOR PROMULGATING LEGAL DOCUMENTS OF THE PROVINCIAL PEOPLE’S COUNCIL

Abstract

The article analyzes the role of the promulgation order and procedures for the quality of legal documents of the People’s Councils. At the same time, on the basic of assessing the legal provisions and practical implementation, the article proposes solutions to improve some legal regulations on the order and procedures for promulgating legal documents of the Provincial People’s Council.
