Abstract

Voluntary pension insurance refers to the distribution of pension to replace working incomes for the eligible participants of the Voluntary Social Insurance. This article seeks to evaluate the current legal situation on the voluntary pension insurance mechanism, thus suggesting some recommendations for the improvement of law.
