SOME SUPERVISION SKILLS OF SCENES EXAMINATION IN WATERWAY TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS

Abstract

Supervision over examination of the scenes of a waterway traffic accidents is an activity of the People's Procuracy to ensure that all violations of the law in waterway traffic accidents are detected, handled promptly and strictly implemented. Examination of the scene of a waterway traffic accident is an investigation conducted before the prosecution of a case, and is an important basis for the investigating agency to decide to prosecute criminal cases or not. Currently, the inspection and examination of the scenes of a traffic accidents often face difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process. Therefore, the skills of inspection and examination of the scenes of a water traffic accidents play a very important role. The article analyzes a number of skills in monitoring field investigation activities, as well as proposes some recommendations to ensure good implementation of this activity in the future.
